I built a successful career in marketing, reaching Director level by 25, working for some of the worlds leading brands.
On paper, it worked but internally, it didn’t.
I hit 27, my saturn return and decided to walk away in search for a different version of success.
The two decades inside messaging and strategy have taught me that most “business problems” are capacity problems.
So I built a body of work at the intersection of human maturity and business architecture.
Because I believe businesses cannot outgrow the capacity of the person running them.
