Hello and welcome to this episode of The Magnetic Woman podcast.
I was, for the final episode of the content series, going to talk to you about repurposing.
However, I dug deep into my content portal in Be Reel, (the Be Reel membership, which is what's sponsoring officially and unofficially this content series), and realised that I had some gold in there that would be way better suited to support you in your content creation.
I'm going to talk today about the four personalities.
The four personalities.
And speaking to those four personalities is going to help you supercharge the way that you communicate with your audience.
The premise is that there are different personalities, okay?
We all have different ways in which we are influenced by the content that we see. And so if we can speak to more of these different personalities, well then we are going to set ourselves up to convert more personalities into our epic services.
Let's begin.
Now what I will start with is that you might personally find that you are actually all of these different personalities.
Your ideal clients might be all of these different personalities, which is even more reason for you to speak to the different personalities throughout your content.
But you also might find that actually your ideal client is very much one of these personalities, or one of two of these personalities, in which case you would concentrate your content creation based on that.
The four personalities,
there is the leader,
there is the lover,
there is the freedom seeker,
and there is the fact finder.
The leader is self motivated, driven to succeed.
They are a leader, they're a planner, they are well organised, they feel comfortable taking charge, they tend to be action orientated. They're very good at taking action.
So, in your content you might create something along the lines of, here's how I helped my client [insert transformation] by doing X in Z timeline.
Because for the leader, they're likely to take action, they are driven to succeed, they took the action required and then they got the result.
So they're going to want to see action orientated, factual, step by step, behind the scenes, this is how we did it kind of content.
You might share something like ‘here's why you aren't fully booked as an online service provider’ for the leader. They are driven by being well organised, they're comfortable taking charge. They're going to want to know why they are not fully booked as an online service provider.
Another example is like ‘the one thing’ - ‘the one thing that made my student £10,000 in revenue last week’, ‘the one thing that supported my clients to [insert result]’.
Again, they want to know what it is that they can do to self-motivate themselves to get the result.
Then we have the lover.
The lover loves to help people.
It loves people's stories being part of a community.
The lover is very driven by compassion and really thrives on emotional connection and encouraging others. Given that in mind, you might create content that says ‘here's how I save my client X amount of time so that she can spend more time with her family during Christmas or during the summer holidays’.
Again, because the lover is driven by compassion and thrives on emotional connection, for them speaking about family and friends and being able to build community is going to be something that really speaks to them.
It could be, ‘here's how I help online service providers get more referrals on Instagram through simply building a community’.
They're like, ‘oh, I want to know how to do that because I love community'. That's what's really important to me.’
I speak a lot about intimacy in my work and the way in which I work is, I genuinely care and I'm very intimate.
I do that because to my community (who are the lover), for them that's really important. You know, ‘POV: You used to work 14 hour days and now you have slow mornings and whole summers off with your kids’. I know that a lot of women in my community are influenced by that because they also,like me, want to spend time with their children. So that's the lover.
And then we have the freedom seeker.
Loves to have fun, life and soul of the party.
Loves to travel, very experience orientated, spontaneous and really enjoys meeting new people.
So, how would we speak to the freedom seeker? You might say, ‘here's how my student got clients booked even when she was on holiday’.
Or
‘here's how I set myself up to have my best months in business even when I'm traveling across Europe’.
‘Here's how chatting to people on Instagram can make you more sales’.
Because they enjoy meeting new people and having a strong sense of communication with their community.
Then we have the fact finder.
This is an obvious one, but loves to research. We're thinking Virgo energy here, right?
Can be quite introverted. Although saying that I'm a double Leo and a bit of an introvert.
Thoughtful. They're thoughtful with their decision making.
They're very methodical, very logical. They like data, facts and figures and they're very analytical.
So the kind of Content that you might create when speaking to the fact finder is ‘here's how I increase my engagement by 1000% in 30 days’.
They love that because there's stats in there.
It could be something like using a reference - ‘Forbes announced that the digital marketing industry is the highest paying industry in 2024. Here's what you need to know’ for the fact finder who's like, I want to know the facts and the figures. I want to know the research that you have found here.
They're going to be very influenced by that.
So I hope this has been helpful.
Think about your ideal client.
What personality traits do your ideal clients sit in the most?
Are they a mix of them all?
Start to create templates for each and then bring it to your audience, test it, track it, start to see what kind of content is actually having an impact.
Increasing engagement - most importantly, converting into sales.
And from that space, once you know what's working, do more of that. So if you could track this, let's say you aren’t 100% sure.
You're just going to play with a mix of the four, and you start to notice that actually you see more engagement and more conversions from the freedom seeker and the leader.
Then you know to concentrate all of your efforts into speaking to those ideal clients.
And that's as simple as it gets to be. Just to finalise or pull together The Content Series, which I've done over five episodes, your content is so important, so important.
I this year have had my best year in business and I know that that has been because of the consistency of both my visibility online and what I've been building behind the scenes.
So my repeatable sales funnel, this is everything I teach in The Six Figure Sales Strategy. The reason being that prioritising, nurturing your already warm audience (i.e. they are already in your world, they're already following), you will see the quickest results.
Because yes, we know that we need to be growing our audiences. That's just fact and part of the overall marketing and sales funnels and systems that you need within your business.
But the easiest place to start is in speaking to with nurturing content with your already existing audience.
And it gets so lost and people can make content so complicated. But the reality is, the more that you understand who your ideal client is, the more you're able to speak to that person and the quicker that you are speaking to the core of their problem, the quicker they are going to trust that you are the solution to that problem.
Showing up consistently in 2025 has to be a non-negotiable.
Growing your brand on social media in 2025 has to be a non-negotiable.
Connecting with your audience authentically building community has got to be a priority in 2025.
