Hello, Hello and welcome to this episode of the podcast which is a really big one for me because I am sharing some big news.
So, first of all this, isn't actually something that I have considered or had considered at all and it was certainly not a decision I thought I would be making, since the beginning of the year.
I had mapped out my whole 2024 strategy in Q4 of last year, and in the last four weeks, something has changed for me. So I have made a decision to shift my business model.
And what this looks like, is pausing for the foreseeable future on my first Mastermind, The Magnetic Business Method. And by first, I mean, the Mastermind that supports women to scale to a 5K month. It's been a big deal, and it's funny because like I shared, I didn't think that this was something I was going to do. It's not something that I have thought about a lot. It very much came in, in the last couple of weeks and the decision was made.
So, let me give you some context first of all.
I suppose it's really important for me to share that I love coaching women at every stage and actually being able to coach and consult for women in business at every stage has been kind of very much one of my areas of uniqueness, my unique selling points as it were, because I really did see the breadth of the online space, you know, at every stage of of business.
I have scaled to such a delicious space within the business doing it in the way that I've done it, and this way of working and building business models that are scalable is everything I share with my clients who also get incredible results too. And it feels maybe a little bit crazy that we would be doing this right now when our client results are better than ever before, the waitlist is bigger than ever before, and actually, The Magnetic Business Method is my most scalable of my containers.
It's also a space where we have held around fifty women over the last eighteen months. It's a space that brings in just shy of six figures every year.
So, I felt a lot of emotion around this, but I thought I would share with you the five reasons why I am doing this.
So, the first is that the body knows.
The download is clear. I just know that this is meant for me and that the evolution of my service requires me to do this. I'll explain a little bit more about the turning point that got me here and the reasons why. I really believe that the best director, the best mentor, the best guide is our own inner mentor.
And from the moment that that download came in, I couldn't shift it.
And, you know, I speak a lot about entrepreneurship. So much of entrepreneurship is built around self trust. So much of our success is built around how much we trust ourselves. I just couldn't look the other way. I really had to look at why this download had come in and what that would mean for us.
The second reason is that I want to teach more.
The turning point was in the creation of The Magnetic Live Launch Method that we launched and started in February.
Let me give you the context. So, this is very much a training. I am training and teaching people the tools to create, plan, execute, and scale their launches and funnels. And in the content creation of this course, I realised how good it felt in teaching, in teaching people my method and process when it comes to building a sustainable and scalable business.
So I knew in this that actually, this feels so good. And so, because of knowing how good it felt to teach more, it meant that The Method would have to take a pause to ultimately open up space to do that and to do more of it.
I can honestly say that the Magnetic Live Launch Method curriculum is some of the
most potent that I have created.
It's so thorough and step by step that the response that we've had already is, like, wow. And it's funny because when I came up with The Live Launch Method, again, it was like a really clear download. And I was like, I mean, can we really fit this in?
It came to me in the January, we’d launched it by February, knowing that we were gonna go into a Mastermind launch. And I was like, I am being called to create this course for a reason, and I don't know why other than, you know, I knew that the demand within the industry was it was needed. It was required because live launching has massively changed. But in the process of creating it, it just suddenly just as things always do, you're not quite sure of the reason why, and then something lands and you realise, okay, this was all in divine timing.
I feel really, really clear on the evolution of my service,
Which leads me beautifully to my third reason, which is - I believe the online business space calls for smaller high-touch programs.
I could have scaled The Magnetic Business Method, but because it's the only container that doesn't have a group Slack channel with me, it doesn't have copy clinic. It doesn't have a lot of the things that create that sort of intimacy and high-touch.
But, I believe that this is what is being called right now and what is required in our space, and it wouldn't have been in alignment for me to continue that, knowing that I truly truly desire to have an intimate relationship with my clients. I really love going deep with my clients.
And if you're a client listening to this, you'll know how intimate our working relationship is. You know, I'm not someone who isn't available or, you know, doesn't want to go deep in the data and the strategy and, you know, everything that comes up for my clients in business. You know, it really is a space where all of them is welcome.
The desire to really go deep means that I wanted more time to go deep with the clients in my other containers, The Expansion Accelerator and Expand To Seven.
The fourth piece really is that something feels really true for me right now, which is clients over profit, impact over wealth.
I have a real desire to evolve my business model and and simplify my structure. I really wanna play and own the six figure mark because, honestly, I mean, I know that's where my experience lies. I really support my clients to hit that six figure mark. And once they're at that six figure mark and they come into expand seven, I help them hit the multi-six. I've had clients in the higher multi-six, you know, scaling from one hundred to two hundred, one hundred to four hundred. And that's really the area that I wanna play in.
We recently moved our Facebook ads in-house, and I personally have been doing lots of self-development and business development. So I've been personally working with Facebook ads, I've done various funnel courses. I have done a course on data, and I've shared this before, but really what it means is that the power in my coaching is just so much greater, because I'm really able to support my clients in a much deeper way and in detail that I wasn't before.
So, for example, we've just had someone in The Expansion Accelerator who spent half of what she spent last time on ads, but has got double the result from it, and I know that this is because I'm able to direct her to consult her in this way, with the knowledge that I've built over the last couple of years.
It's really about being able to go deep with my clients and play in the realms of the six and multi-six figures as well.
The final point is really a personal one, which is lifestyle.
I've just bought a home for my daughter and I, and the renovation is in full swing and that's gonna take some of my time. I am getting married next year, and I really want to create some space for that journey and that experience, and all that gets to unfold in my life on that particular path.
I feel like I'm just looking to really simplify my life, my business.
I've really dropped the ego around what this means, and honestly, I believe that it will bring in more financial abundance because I'll be truly in alignment. And that can't lie. You can't lie when it comes to alignment. You're either in it or you're getting into it. But if you're not in it, you're not going to be serving in your highest, and that's so important to me.
The way that my life looks like now is that I do live between London and Kent. And so, there's a a certain requirement of my energy to be able to do that.
I want to have the energy and space to be able to live in the way that I want to.
Long term, we have a plan to buy a place in Mallorca, which again means that there'll be a little bit more travel in my world. And again, I need to find the time and the space to be able to have the capacity for that.
For all of these reasons, it makes sense to press pause on The Method for the foreseeable. It's been a big decision, but made from such a place of discernment, from such a place of truth. I feel so good knowing that I get to trust myself and the path that is unfolding.
So how have we managed this within the business?
Well, of course, first, I shared it with the team. Shared it with my coach and spoke to all of the things that were coming up, in the messy middle of that decision.
I cried a lot. I cried a lot. My partner, Neema, walked in at the moment the penny had dropped, let's say. And I just turned around and I burst into tears and I was like, I just made a really big decision.
So, it's been a big decision, of course. We shared it with the team, and then I shared it with everyone individually, who is currently in the group, what that looked like. We were lucky that most people were ending their six month cycle at the end of March. So, for those who had just started we actually just automatically moved them into The Expansion Accelerator. We have a few people who were due to stay on for another six months, and we've moved those into The Expansion Accelerator. And then for anyone else who was ending, or had a month left, we've offered some 1:1 time.
Everyone has been just so supportive.
And of course, it brings up some sadness because there were some people who don't desire to move into The Expansion Accelerator, which means that that working relationships is complete for now, and that’s always hard, but I truly believe that it's so important to be in alignment over wanting to be accessible and liked by everyone, so I really had to hold myself in that process.
So that is my big announcement.
There's another little one that I'm gonna throw in and that is that I am going to start a Substack. I have, and do, put a lot of effort into my weekly email that goes out - CEO Reflections: Smart Strategies to Expand Your Business, Every Single Week. And this decision actually came about after I had a lovely conversation with my Expansion Accelerator ladies a couple of weeks ago, and we were talking about Substack as a platform, and I actually initially was like, well, you know, it's another piece of content that you have to create, you know, is it really worth it? And one of my clients shared that she had followed a couple of people on there, and was talking about something she listened to where someone had really grown their audience and, you know, they became really loyal.
There was obviously financial reward for the content that they were creating. We basically just sounded it out in a group coaching session, and I left.
And then I was voice noting with one of my clients who was in that particular call, and she was like, you know, Pandora, I really think that you should start Substack. I would pay for it. Your content every week is so good and so thorough - that alone would help you scale your business.
So, I've been sat on it ever since, and I have decided that there is gonna be a little shift in content from me from now on.
Podcast will continue to be free, of course, it's possible that we might even scale that to two episodes a week, just because there's so much to say. I love doing it so much and it is our ‘hero’ piece of content.
Obviously, over on the gram, I will continue to be creating valuable content for you all, and then the weekly email will actually go over to Substack. If you do want to come over and sign up, then you can.
What to expect?
So every week, I really go into detail on specifics of specific areas of business.
So, examples of what I've done in the past is,
the data that you need to track at every stage of business,
the financial tools that I use at every stage of business.
I have broken down things like live trainings and webinars and how to increase conversion.
I have shared my sales strategies.
I have shared how to increase your open rate.
You can see the themes that I go into are all so business specific, and I really go into the detail of why and how so that you can scale and expand your business to the next level.
So one of the CEO Reflections emails will continue on the newsletter as normal, and then I will share the beginning of the others in the newsletter, and then of course, if you do want to read the rest, you can go over to my Substack.
So, another big decision made in the business, but it feels really good for me. I've always been a storyteller. I've always loved writing, and I put a lot of effort into those newsletters, and I just really feel like I've got to a stage in my career, my business, you know - with over 20+ years (Oh my goodness!) I've experienced within digital marketing and communications - I feel like I want to give more space and time to that writing and also be compensated for it.
And that feels really, really true for me at this stage in my career.
So there we go. I will be launching on Substack, which feels very exciting.
So, no more news, but I think it's probably well worth me sharing how you can work with me this year.
