The 3 Types of Energy in Relation to Business

It’s been a while since I have talked about energetics with you, so this week is just a short episode to remind you of the choices you have in every moment, and how you can harness your energy to propel your business forward.

In my early business days, I often felt like I was missing something that others had. But the moment I started owning my unique strengths and embracing both my shadows and light, everything changed. Taking radical responsibility for my path helped my business thrive.

I want you to know that you already have everything you need within you.

In this episode, I’ll cover:

  • How we can choose what aligns with our highest purpose and good.

  • The impact of fate on business situations that don’t serve us.

  • How shifting to an abundance mindset can support your business growth.

Hello. Hello. And welcome to this episode of the Magnetic Woman podcast, where I am gonna be tuning into the three types of energy in relation to business.

This is gonna be a short and sharp one, just a little pick me up, a little energetic pick me up to your week.

First things first, a reminder that in every moment, you have a choice. Free will. To choose what is aligned for us, for our highest purpose, for our highest good.

It's quite easy to forget this.

Your reminder today is free will, one of the universal laws.

And when it comes to the three different types of energy and how it can support us in business, there is Fate, there is Destiny, and there is Dharma.

Fate.

We think of fate as destined to happen, but actually that is destiny. Fate is when you believe that things are outside of you or outside of your control and happens when you aren't aligned with your truth.

When you use free will to make bad decisions, the wrong decisions, decisions that go a little bit wonky, but go against your innate nature, or you don't learn the lessons from those wonky decisions you are presented with in life - Fate happens. Okay? When you use your free will to make decisions that go against your innate nature that aren't in your truth, or you don't learn the lessons you're presented with in life, fate happens.

How does this show up in relation to business?

If you are in a situation right now that isn't serving you, you get to be radical with how you shift your perspective.

No one is going to save you. You've got to save yourself.

No one is going to make those next level choices for you. You have to make them for yourself.

This used to show up a lot for me. In the earlier stages of business, thinking that others were better than me or that I must be missing something. If you are listening to this podcast and you have felt like you must be missing something, please come and tell me on Instagram at @pandorapaloma_. I want to hear from you.

The more that I learn to own who I was, shadow and light, things moved forward with much greater momentum. Because I was taking radical responsibility for myself. I was taking control of my destiny, and I will speak to you about that next.

And something around the missing piece - there must be something missing. I don't have something that other people do.

That in itself is an energetic blueprint, a frequency of lack and scarcity.

Now, you're human, so it's normal that you might feel that way. But holding that thought and that energetic frequency, that baseline, is in itself the limitation, because you believe that there is something that you don't have and that simply isn't true. There might be knowledge that you need to learn, that you get to learn. There might be a decision that you get to make. There might be taking a leap.

But you have the courage to take the leap, to make the decision, to build the knowledge. You have that within you already today. So, fate.

The next one is Destiny.

Destiny is living a life in its divine greatness, because you understand that everything has meaning and what is meant for you won't pass by you. When your destiny enters, you don't walk away from it. You walk towards it with certainty that it's happened for you. And destiny happens when you embrace the lessons from spirit and you use all of your life experiences as a way to support your life's purpose, especially the challenges.

For me, I have grown into living my destiny or living life in the sense of trusting that everything that is meant for me will not pass by me. And everything that falls away from me is not for me. And as I am sharing this podcast, it's almost like, Imagine just if you can, if you're not driving, just pressing your thumb and your fingers together. Right? There's control, there's force, there's pressure. And the moment that you relax that, there is trust. There is space. There is freedom. There is destiny.

The more that I have lived my life trusting myself, trusting when I wanna say no, trusting when I wanna say yes, trusting the maybes are, in fact, a no, I have expanded in ways beyond what I believed was possible for me. And there is something very beautiful in that way of living.

It's not to say that we walk away from people and things and situations with anger or force. It's really about being able to discern, is this truly, truly, truly for me? Or is there a part of me that wants it because of some outside validation?

How does this show up in relation to business?

When we are disciplined, consistent, we're giving gratitude, we're trusting what is, we're learning from everything,

You enter the space of radical receiving. And destiny is lived when you trust where you are being guided. In business, in life, in love, and trusting in yourself to follow everything that feels true for you. That's the piece.

You have got to trust in yourself. Because as humans, we do like to stay in comfort. I have stayed in relationships. I've stayed in situations. I've stayed in jobs far longer.

Because actually, what was scarier was following what actually felt true for me. Because on the other side of that is the unknown. Right?

I always say in business, we play with certainty and uncertainty. I can be certain of fifty percent. I can be certain that if we spend X number on ads, we will get X number of people into a masterclass. But I cannot be certain, despite knowing the averages, despite having launched hundreds of times, that we will get the numbers that we want to get. I cannot be certain of that.

I can be certain of the marketing plans that I put in place, the sales strategies that we put in place, But I cannot be certain as to whether it will work as it did the last time we tried that strategy, because times change and people change.

So what can you choose to follow today? What can you choose to say yes to because it feels so true for you?

And then there is Dharma.

Dharma is your purpose, the way in which you are intended to live your life based on your individual and your unique energy type.

Dharma moves us away from good and bad, right or wrong, simply into divine truth.

Dharma has us living with expanded consciousness because you understand a bigger divine purpose in this lifetime.

One of my mentors, Sofia, calls it our context. What is our context? And I know for me, my context is women's empowerment within the business space. It is gender equity in supporting women to meet more of their potential, to have a say in rooms where it matters, to create freedom for themselves, for their families, for their children.

It's so much greater than ‘I help you scale your business’. The context is what this does for humanity, and how we see women, how we feel about women, the choices that women have. And sometimes that context is what you do.

Other times, it is the mission for truth or freedom. Not everyone will feel like they know their Dharma, but oftentimes I find that they do, but they just fear the greatness of it. I think I definitely feared the greatness of something that I knew was within me way before I chose to step into it. I worked in the corporate environment for way longer than I wanted to. And that felt comfortable. It was very uncomfortable being in that space, you know, round peg, square hole.

But I feel like Dharma calls you. And again, when you build the self trust, it takes you where you are meant to be, where you meant to go.

How does this show up in relation to business?

Well, if you're listening to this podcast, maybe you know your dharma. The biggest requirement is for you to devote yourself to the dharma, the greater context, the divine truth of who you are and what you are here to do, no matter what. Because the more that we live in our truth, the more potential we meet. The more we trust in ourself, the more potential we meet.

You get to trust because you wouldn't be here doing what you do, being called to do what you do, the service that you provide, if you weren't meant to do it.

There is a reason you are here, and it is a reason greater than maybe we even understand in the 3D realm.

It has been so nice today talking about energetics. The first time in what has felt like a while.

I wonder how this has shown up for you. I wonder how this has got you thinking. I would love to know. Please come and let me know. Over on Instagram, you can find me at @pandorapaloma_. And if you've enjoyed this episode, as always, please do rate and review. Every little helps and means that we have more and more women listening, tuning in, and giving themselves an opportunity to scale their business, which means everything to me. So thank you for being here. Thank you for listening, and sending big, big love from my corner of the world to yours.
